A professional panel on IRC’s achievements in data science was held in The 1st Conference of Artificial Intelligence and Soft Computing in Humanities (AISCH) at Allameh Tabataba’I University (ATU), Tehran, Iran.
In this professional panel, Dr. Payandeh, Faculty Member at ATU, Dr. Mahmoodvand, Faculty Member at Bu-Ali Sina University, expert in the field of actuarial science, Dr. Bahrani, Faculty Member at ATU, expert in the field of artificial systems, and Dr. Manteghipoor, the Head of Data Mining Group at IRC had participated.
Several other insurance industry professionals, experts, and academicians in the field of data science had participated in the panel, according to PRIAO, IRC.
In this professional panel, three papers were presented that discussed the results of data mining on comprehensive auto insurance, privacy safeguard using blockchain technology, and exploiting power series in the insurance industry. The panelists presented their views on the fraud and scam detection in the insurance industry and relevant risk management strategies.
