According to PRIAO-IRC, the purpose of conducting the event was to promote constructive engagement among ECO College graduates and insurance practitioners and setting the stage for presenting novel ideas and networking.

In this ceremony, financially and morally supported by several organizations including IRC, Tehran Insurance Company, Pasargad Insurance Company, Moalem Insurance Company, and Kish P&I, Dr. Niakan, Director General of IRC, discussed about the employment capacity of the insurance industry for recruiting new graduates especially from ECO College of Insurance. She also emphasized on the prerequisite skills for any job positions in the industry.
