According to PRIAO-IRC, in the MOU signing event, Dr. Mohammad Mahdi Asgari, CEO of IRC, Dr. Mohammad Baqer Saidi Roshan, President of RIHU, Dr. Sayed Ali Husseini, Chairman of the Insurance Industry Jurisprudence Council, Dr. Sayed Reza Husseini, Deputy of Education, Research, and Technology of RIHU, Dr. Mostafa Kazemi Najaf Abadi, Research Fellow of RIHU, Mr. Mahdi Gholami, Superintendent of the Center for Int’l and Nat’l Academic Cooperation and Non-Iranian Students’ Affairs, RIHU, Dr. Vali Mohammad Darini, Research Deputy of IRC and some of the senior managers of both parties participated and discussed about the relevant issues.

Based on the MOU, both parties are committed to engage in the following agreed practices:

1.    Developing and implementing relevant research projects;
2.    Forming expert circles, professional and consultancy desks, and information/experience exchange groups;
3.    Developing and conducting joint local and international training, professional, and specialized courses;
4.    Publishing books, papers, journals, and special editions;
5.    Authoring, editing, and translating professional sources, books, academic documents, and research project reports;
6.    Publication and exchange of academic documents, information connections, and databases;
7.    Collaborating in master's theses and doctoral dissertations;
8.    Exchange of facilities, statistics, and data;
9.    Supporting in media affairs, information exchange and dissemination of information;
10.    Leveraging each other’s research, educational, promotional, academic, executive, technical, and professional capacities;
11.    Conducting academic events, professional expos, academic festivals and et cetera;
12.    Recruiting professors, specialists, experts and researchers to attend scientific conferences, professional meetings and the like;
13.    Introducing professors and qualified faculty members for teaching relevant courses;
14.    Supporting sabbatical leaves of the parties’ faculty members;
15.    Participation in developing and holding professional, general and specialized exams related to insurance and other subjects;
16.    Developing internships and apprenticeships programs;
17.    Sharing experiences in the fields of software and hardware, documentation, human resource management, and organizational management; and
18.    Designing and implementing new insurance products, Islamic financial, takaful and retakaful products.
