According to PRIAO-IRC, the following scholars and executives form IRC’s Innovation Working Group: Mr. Mohammad Bakhtiari, CEO of Mofid Life Insurance Company, Dr. Hojjat Baharifar, CEO of Hekmat Saba Insurance Company, Dr. Amir Teimour Payandeh, Superintendent of the Risk Lab of IRC, Dr. Amir Safari, Director General of the Innovation Development of Modern Businesses of CII, Dr. Sadegh Faramarzi, CEO of FANHAB, Dr. Asma Hamzeh, Research Deputy of IRC, Dr. Mahboubeh Alaei, Director of Modern Insurance Technologies Department of IRC, Azadeh Bahador, Secretary of the Innovation Working Group.

The report also states the following as the major items in the Working Group’s agenda: promoting innovation in the insurance industry, identifying the role of IRC in the innovation ecosystem of the insurance industry, conducting expert studies on innovative ideas before decision-making, examining the added value of the innovative ideas, encouraging and promoting innovation in the insurance industry, streamlining innovative procedures, monitoring fundamental issues and problems of the insurance industry and offering innovative solutions in order to tackle them, and creating awareness, implementing ideas, and conducting relevant training programs.
