Having received license for selling takaful as a window from Central Insurance of I. R. Iran (CII) with an initial approval of Insurance Research Center (IRC), Iran Insurance Company has achieved a remarkable selling volume considering the low penetration and promotion of takaful in the country.

It must be noted that Iran Insurance Company, after the introduction of takaful in Iran, has pioneered to train its staff and directors regarding takaful with the help of IRC.

Besides, the insurer has endeavored to set up digital systems to compute facultative and obligatory reinsurance terms and conditions. It has also strived to develop Iran Takaful Financial and Investment Foundations to help the implementation of takaful in the country.

Furthermore, the company has undertaken awareness activities to promote takaful in the society. It has also attempted largely to persuade other relevant governmental institutions to get involved in the implementation of takaful in Iran by buying group family takaful for their staff and employees.

To date, the certificates issued by Iran Insurance Company have been for the large number of its employees across the country.
